Yes. Tooling is made to your stator drawing or physical sample. Please send slot count, stator ID and OD, stack height, wire diameter and turns per coil so our engineers can recommend the right model.
Our semi-automatic fan motor stator winders handle enamelled copper or aluminium wire from 0.1 to 1.2 mm. Wire range for other models is confirmed during technical review.
Many models run on 220V single-phase power, and three-phase 380V versions are available on request, for example on our single side lacing machine. Tell us your local voltage and frequency before ordering.
Machines carry a 1-year warranty. We provide remote video guidance for installation and parameter setting, operating documentation and long-term supply of wearing parts and tooling.
